    • Distilled Water
    • Mineral Oil ~ Occlusive properties are why it’s such a commonly recommended ingredient for oil cleansing. Mineral oil also helps retain ambient skin moisture present at the time of application.
    • Glyceryl Stearate SE ~ Glyceryl Stearate, also referred to as Glyceryl Monostearate, is a fatty acid derived from vegetable oil, Soy Oil, or Palm Kernel Oil; however, it is also naturally occurring in the human body. When applied topically, its Glycerol constituent makes Glyceryl Stearate SE a fast-penetrating emollient that helps to create a protective barrier on the surface of the skin. This helps retain hydration and slow the loss of moisture. This reduced rate of water evaporation helps to lubricate, condition, soften, and smooth the skin. Its protective properties extend to its antioxidant qualities, which help protect the skin against damage caused by free radicals.
    • Cetyl Alcohol ~ It contributes to their thickness and volume while enhancing their textures and spreadability. Furthermore, by helping the skin retain moisture, it promotes softness and smoothness.
    • Stearic Acid ~ Helps to harden products, such as candles and soap bars, helping the latter to create a rich lather that feels velvety. This property makes it ideal for use in shaving foams. With occlusive properties, it helps the skin remain hydrated by preventing or slowing moisture loss from the skin’s surface.
    • Vitamin E Oil ~ Can fight against free radicals and protects your skin from damage. It also has moisturizing and healing properties that help to boost the barrier function of your skin.
    • Fractionated Coconut Oil ~ One of its primary benefits is that it is non-greasy and is easily absorbed into the skin. Thus, it helps to soften and soothe the dry skin very effectively. It has a feather-light emollient effect that provides a protective barrier without clogging the pores and hence is excellent for dry or troubled skin.
    • Sunflower Oil ~ Exhibits smoothing properties, which slows the look of wrinkles and fine lines. It also prevents blemishing and offers protection against the damaging effects of overexposure to the sun, one such effect being hyperpigmentation. Sunflower Oil is known to even out the skin tone by offering a skin-brightening quality to the complexion. Furthermore, it is also reputed to decrease sensitivity to sunlight and to facilitate the lightening of an unwanted tan. Its thin consistency means Sunflower Oil is easily absorbed into the skin without clogging pores. While eliminating bacteria that are known to encourage the development of acne, it also reduces the appearance of enlarged pores and bruising. Its abundance of vitamins, antioxidants, and fatty acids work to promote skin’s regeneration and to enhance skin health. Sunflower Carrier Oil’s protective barrier quality serves to protect the body against harmful bacteria that could potentially cause infection. It is reputed to soothe skin that is irritated, inflamed, calloused, and rough, making it ideal for reducing itchiness and for addressing conditions such as dermatitis, eczema, and psoriasis. By removing dead skin cells, Sunflower Oil prevents pores from undergoing congestion that leads to whiteheads and blackheads, thus preventing breakouts.
    • Eucalyptus Essential Oil ~ The cooling scent of Eucalyptus Essential Oil is known to relieve mental exhaustion by boosting circulation to the brain, thereby stimulating the mind out of sluggishness, and rejuvenating the spirit. Eucalyptus Oil’s expectorant properties also make it effective in facilitating the relief of congestion and respiratory tract infections. Eucalyptus Essential Oil’s stimulating properties may help to revitalize the skin and tired muscles. Known to have anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties, this soothing oil provides relief to minor burns, sores, bites, and cuts by decreasing pain, inhibiting bleeding, eliminating bacteria from the wound, and promoting the closing of scars.
    • Clove Essential Oil ~ Used to treat viruses, bacteria, and infections. Clove essential oil has long been used as a topical analgesic in dental care, as well as a means of managing muscle aches and pains. It is further reputed to help manage digestive upset, to help support a healthy respiratory system, and to have a beneficial impact on healing bruises, cuts, and abrasions.
    • Peppermint Essential Oil ~ Used for headache, muscle aches, itching. Peppermint Oil also stimulates circulation, reduces feelings of nervous tension, soothes feelings of irritability, boosts energy, balances hormones, and enhances mental focus, and can reduce the feeling of nausea.
    • Frankincense Essential Oil ~ Its astringent and cytophylactic qualities help Frankincense oil to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and skin imperfections such as discoloration. It stimulates the growth of new cells, thus when used on cuts it promotes faster healing. Frankincense works as an expectorant to clear the nasal passageway, promote the relief of congestion, and encourage easy breathing. It's sweet, woody aroma is sedative and enhances mood by diminishing feelings of stress and anxiety while improving concentration and memory.
